Toliko va\u017ean, da svaki njegov nedostatak se ose\u0107a u svim aspektima na\u0161ih \u017eivota. Me\u0111utim, na srec\u0301u, postoje stvari koje mo\u017eemo da uradimo da bismo u\u017eivali u dobrom i kvalitetnom noc\u0301nom snu , svake noc\u0301i. Jedna od njih je dosledna, dobro planirana rutina spavanja.<\/p>\n<p>Odlazak u krevet u isto, odre\u0111eno vreme svake noc\u0301i, mo\u017ee nam pomoc\u0301i da lak\u0161e i prijatnije spavamo. Sasvim je jednostavno saznati koliko nam je sati sna potrebno svakog dana i na osnovu ovih podataka organizovati svoju rutinu. Potrebno je samo nekoliko koraka. Ali, pre nego \u0161to po\u010dnemo, treba da se podsetimo,da je za sve navike potrebno vreme da se steknu, tako da nema razloga za razo\u010daranje ako ne uspemo da se pridr\u017eavamo svog programa od po\u010detka. Odrasloj osobi je obi\u010dno potrebno 7 sati sna dnevno, ali potrebe svake osobe su razli\u010dite. Dakle, ako vam treba 8 ili 9 sati sna, obavezno prilagodite vreme spavanja u skladu sa tim. Me\u0111utim, ako iz nekog razloga ne mo\u017eete da se pridr\u017eavate ovoga, obavezno se dr\u017eite vremena za spavanje vec\u0301i deo nedelje.<\/p>\n<p>Jo\u0161 jedna stvar koju treba imati na umu kada prilago\u0111avamo vreme za spavanje je, da \u010desto spavamo manje sati nego \u0161to mislimo, jer se mnogo puta probudimo tokom noc\u0301i, a da se toga ne se\u0107amo.
