Bez adekvatnog sna, deca i adolescenti mogu imati probleme sa koncentracijom, pamc\u0301enjem i re\u0161avanjem problema. Nedostatak sna tako\u0111e mo\u017ee uticati na de\u010dje emocije i pona\u0161anje, \u0161to zauzvrat mo\u017ee uticati na uspeh u \u0161koli. Zato je va\u017eno, nakon letnjeg raspusta, da se pobrinete da na vreme resetujete njihov raspored spavanja kako biste bili sigurni da c\u0301e, kada po\u010dne \u0161kolska godina, imati svu energiju i jasnoc\u0301u koja im je potrebna!<\/p>\n<p>Najbolji na\u010din da to uradite je postepeno, po\u010dev\u0161i oko 2 nedelje pre prvog dana \u0161kole, kako biste im dali dovoljno vremena da se prilagode. \u010cesto su tokom letnjih meseci pravila opu\u0161tena, igra se povec\u0301ava, a deca (kao i svi drugi) spavaju i bude se kasnije nego obi\u010dno. Ali kada do\u0111e vreme za \u0161kolu, morac\u0301e da se vrate u svoju rutinu, kako bi mogli da prisustvuju \u010dasovima i aktivnostima svakodnevno. Dakle, po\u010dinjemo da pomeramo vreme spavanja, a tako\u0111e i vreme bu\u0111enja za 10-15 minuta svakog dana, dok ne stignemo do zadatog vremena prema rasporedu.<\/p>\n<p>Cilj je da se dovoljno naspaju svake noc\u0301i, u skladu sa potrebama njihovog uzrasta i organizma. Na primer, deci pred\u0161kolskog uzrasta (3-5 godina) je potrebno oko 10-13 sati sna dnevno, deci \u0161kolskog uzrasta (6-12 godina) oko 9-12 sati, a tinejd\u017eerima (13-18 godina) 8 -10. Da bismo izbegli negativne posledice nedostatka sna, odnosno pospanost, nisku kreativnost, sporu adaptaciju, anksioznost i lo\u0161e raspolo\u017eenje, vodimo ra\u010duna da sprovodimo raspored koji omoguc\u0301ava deci da dobiju potrebne sate kvalitetnog sna.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon \u0161to stabilno i dosledno (koliko god to na prvi pogled izgledalo te\u0161ko) pomeramo vreme za spavanje, poja\u010davamo napor primenom nekih dodatnih uslova koji poma\u017eu deci da se opuste i bolje spavaju. Pola sata ,do sat vremena pre odlaska na spavanje, apelujemo na njih da se dr\u017ee dalje od ekrana i elektronskih ure\u0111aja, jer plavo svetlo koje emituju spre\u010dava proizvodnju melatonina i na taj na\u010din spre\u010dava njihov san. Umesto toga, predla\u017eemo opu\u0161tajuc\u0301u aktivnost, kao \u0161to je miran razgovor sa nama, \u010ditanje knjige ili kreativnu aktivnost, npr. Puzzle.<\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111e je veoma va\u017eno da okru\u017eenje za spavanje bude tiho i mra\u010dno. Stvaramo opu\u0161tajuc\u0301u atmosferu navla\u010denjem zavesa i kori\u0161c\u0301enjem slabog osvetljenja. Jo\u0161 uvek imamo tendenciju da koristimo spavac\u0301u sobu samo za spavanje, dok obavljamo razne aktivnosti u drugim prostorijama. Kona\u010dno, vodimo ra\u010duna o njihovoj ishrani i fizi\u010dkom ve\u017ebanju tokom raspusta, ali i tokom vra\u0107anja u program rutine! Izbegavamo te\u0161ke obroke pre spavanja i podsti\u010demo decu da u\u010destvuju u fizi\u010dkim aktivnostima tokom dana.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cvrsto i dosledno primenjujuc\u0301i ove jednostavne savete, uspec\u0301emo da povratimo de\u010diju rutinu. Naravno, ovo se ne odnosi samo na decu. Kao \u0161to znamo, dosledan raspored spavanja ima mnogo prednosti i za odrasle, a tako\u0111e predstavlja dobar primer za decu. Dnevna rutina je na\u0161 saveznik u dobrom i kvalitetnom spavanju, a vrac\u0301anje u nju nakon raspusta, klju\u010d je uspe\u0161ne \u0161kolske godine.
