To je, naravno, va\u017eno u svim uzrastima, ali posebno za decu je neophodno, jer je presudno za razvoj njihovog mozga, op\u0161te dobro, fizi\u010dko i mentalno zdravlje. Stru\u010dnjaci isti\u010du da kvalitet i kvantitet sna uti\u010de na sposobnost koncentracije i u\u010denja, odnose, emocionalno stanje dece, pa \u010dak i na njihovu te\u017einu.<\/p>\n<p>Nedostatak sna u ranom detinjstvu je povezan sa pojavom alergijskog rinitisa, imunolo\u0161kih problema, anksioznosti i depresije. Kod starije dece nedostatak sna mo\u017ee zna\u010diti smanjen uspeh u \u0161koli, lo\u0161e raspolo\u017eenje, razdra\u017eljivost i smanjeno mentalno zdravlje. Tako\u0111e se staramo da okru\u017eenje za spavanje bude tamno, hladno i tiho i da ga ne koristimo za druge aktivnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Ne zanemarujemo, naravno, da pridajemo veliki zna\u010daj pravilnoj i zdravoj ishrani i fizi\u010dkom ve\u017ebanju. Izbegavamo te\u0161ke obroke najmanje dva sata pre spavanja, kao i napitke sa kofeinom jer stimuli\u0161u organizam i spre\u010davaju ga da se opusti.
