S<\/em><em>p<\/em><em>a<\/em><em>vanje <\/em><em>je prirodno stanje periodi\u010dn<\/em><em>e hibernacije<\/em> <em>organizma i nervnog sistema koje karakteri\u0161e smanjenje svesti i (voljne) motori\u010dke aktivnosti, ukidanje budnosti koja je istovremeno reverzibilna, kao i smanjenje sposobnosti reagovanja na dra\u017ei. Babiniotisa<\/em> &#8211;<em>Re\u010dnik novogr\u010dkog jezika<\/em><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Svi znamo koliko je va\u017eno da dovoljno spavamo svake noc\u0301i. Ali, da li posvec\u0301ujemo dovoljno pa\u017enje kvalitetu na\u0161eg sna? Iako je nauka o spavanju jo\u0161 uvek mlada, ima jo\u0161 mnogo toga da se razume. Postoje neke stvari o spavanju \u00a0koje su prou\u010davane i koje su vec\u0301 poznate, \u00a0kao \u0161to su na primer : faze spavanja.<\/p>\n<p>Su\u0161tinski, na\u0161e spavanje se sastoji od \u010detiri faze, koje se ponavljaju u ciklusima od 90 -120 minuta svake no\u0107i. Ovo je faza po\u010detka sna u kojoj odr\u017eavamo odre\u0111enu mi\u0161ic\u0301nu aktivnost i na\u0161e disanje je i dalje normalno. Ova faza je okarakterisana kao lagan san i iz nje se vrlo lako budimo.<\/p>\n<p>U drugoj fazi, N2, <strong>telesna temperatura opada, a<\/strong><strong> otkucaji <\/strong><strong>sr<\/strong><strong>c<\/strong><strong>a<\/strong><strong> se<\/strong> <strong>usporava<\/strong><strong>ju<\/strong>. Mi\u0161ic\u0301i se jo\u0161 vi\u0161e opu\u0161taju, dok se disanje dodatno usporava. Jo\u0161 uvek smo u fazi laganog sna, gde se sa izvesnom lakoc\u0301om mo\u017eemo probuditi, iako se ne vrac\u0301amo odmah u punu budnost.<\/p>\n<p>Trec\u0301a faza sna (N3), dubok san, karakteri\u0161e <strong>maksimalno usporavanje mo\u017edane funkcije<\/strong>, po\u0161to je na\u0161 mozak preplavljen delta mo\u017edanim talasima. Ovo je faza koju telo koristi da bi se obnovilo i podmladilo. Tu dolazi do obnavljanja mi\u0161ic\u0301a, tkiva i kostiju, tako\u0111e se ja\u010da i na\u0161 imunitet, zbog \u010dega svako nespavanje u ovoj fazi mo\u017ee uticati na efikasnost imunog sistema, proizvodnju odre\u0111enih hormona i regulaciju metabolizma glukoze. Kada se probudimo iz faze dubokog sna nismo potpuno svesni, a funkciji na\u0161eg mozga je potrebno neko vreme da se vrati.<\/p>\n<p>Poslednja faza sna je izuzetno va\u017ena. Ovo je dobro poznata \u00a0REM faza (Rapid Eie Movement) spavanja koju karakteri\u0161e <strong>brzo kretanje o\u010diju i intenzivno prisustvo snova<\/strong>. Ovo je tako\u0111e jedina faza u kojoj \u00a0postoji kretanje o\u010diju (otuda razlika izme\u0111u REM i ne-REM \u00a0faze spavanja, \u0161to su preostale 3 faze). Imamo tako\u0111e i potpunu relaksaciju mi\u0161ic\u0301a (osim o\u010diju, disajnih i sr\u010danih), najverovatnije zbog toga, da telo ne mo\u017ee da se krec\u0301e dok spava, \u0161titec\u0301i nas tako od povreda.<\/p>\n<p>Tokom REM faze, snovi su \u017eivopisniji nego u drugim fazama, dok na\u0161 mozak obra\u0111uje na\u0161e emocije i nove informacije koje smo stekli tokom dana, odlu\u010dujuc\u0301i \u0161ta da izbri\u0161e, a \u0161ta da zadr\u017ei (\u010dime se u velikoj meri pobolj\u0161avaju sposobnosti pamc\u0301enja i u\u010denja). Nau\u010dnici pretpostavljaju da je ova faza povezana sa razvojem mozga.<\/p>\n<p>REM fazu ne treba da presko\u010dite jer mo\u017ee uticati na pamc\u0301enje i u\u010denje. Vreme koje nam je potrebno svakog dana za to, varira u zavisnosti od na\u0161eg uzrasta i situacije. Odrasla osoba, u proseku treba da provede 2 sata noc\u0301u u ovoj fazi. Naravno, na\u0161e telo se prilago\u0111ava okolnostima\u00a0 \u017eivota, tako da vreme koje nam je potrebno u svakoj fazi sna, mo\u017ee varirati iz dana u dan.
