Neke od ovih studija se fokusiraju na odnos COVID-19 i spavanja, ta\u010dnije kako COVID-19 mo\u017ee uticati na san onih koji su se njim zarazili, ali i kako kvalitet na\u0161eg sna mo\u017ee uticati na na\u0161e \u0161anse da se razbolimo.<\/p>\n<p>Stoga, iako poremec\u0301aji spavanja nisu zvani\u010dno uklju\u010deni u simptome bolesti COVID-19, analizirajuc\u0301i podatke iz razli\u010ditih zemalja, primec\u0301eno je da pribli\u017eno 52% ljudi pogo\u0111enih COVID-19 ima neki poremec\u0301aj sna. Ovo mo\u017ee biti zbog razli\u010ditih faktora, kao \u0161to je jak ka\u0161alj tokom noc\u0301i ili zbog uzimanja lekova koji mogu uticati na san. Takodje, nedovoljno spavanje mo\u017ee odlo\u017eiti oporavak organizma.<\/p>\n<p>Termin koronasomnija se upravo odnosi na ovu vezu, izveden je iz kombinacije re\u010di coronavirus i insomnia. To nije medicinski ili nau\u010dni termin, vec\u0301 vi\u0161e kolokvijalni termin. Problem koji on opisuje, me\u0111utim postoji.<\/p>\n<p>Uglavnom se koristi za opisivanje problema sa spavanjem koje imaju ljudi pogo\u0111eni COVID-19 bez obzira da li su se zarazili ili ne, posebno tokom pandemije. Ljudi koji su bili te\u0161ko bolesni imaju vec\u0301u verovatnoc\u0301u da imaju dugotrajne simptome, pa \u010dak i ljudi koji su bili blago bolesni mogu biti pogo\u0111eni dugotrajnim COVID-om. Probleme sa spavanjem su prijavili i ljudi koji su hospitalizovani zbog COVID-19 i ljudi kojima nije bila potrebna hospitalizacija. U jednoj od studija, zapravo, pote\u0161koc\u0301e sa spavanjem bile su \u010de\u0161c\u0301e kod ljudi koji nisu bili hospitalizovani.<\/p>\n<p>Postoji nekoliko na\u010dina na koje COVID-19 mo\u017ee uticati na na\u0161 san. Prema nekim istra\u017eivanjima, ljudi koji pate od hroni\u010dnog COVID sindroma imaju pote\u0161koc\u0301a da zaspe kada osete da im je to potrebno, fenomen koji se javlja kada su cirkadijalni ritmovi organizma poremec\u0301eni.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; <\/strong><strong>Drugi simptomi<\/strong>: Bol i prekidi disanja kada je neko bolestan od COVID-a mogu uticati na kvalitet sna. Kod hroni\u010dnog COVID sindroma gde simptomi traju, san mo\u017ee biti zna\u010dajno pogo\u0111en.<\/p>\n<p>Prema studiji sprovedenoj u Vijetnamu i objavljenoj u Frontiers in Public Health u februaru 2024. godine, 76% pacijenata koji su se oporavili od COVID-a pati od nesanice.
